“HE WHO DWELLS IN THE SHELTER OF THE MOST HIGH WILL ABIDE IN THE SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY”

“The shelter!”

It is a lot easier to visit the secret place than it is to dwell in it. We make excuses, but the truth is, we are as close to God as we really want to be. Listen: “He who dwells in the shelter”

1. From mistakes! If you do not learn to spend more time on your knees,
get used to spending it flat on your face. Examine your mistakes, either
you did not pray about them, or you did not stay in God’s presence long
enough to hear what He had to say to you.

2. From defeat! You cannot stop the enemy from attacking you; but you
can keep him from defeating you. His attack just proves your value to
God! When you are in the secret place you are not only in his
reach, you are actually being strengthened to come out and win the
next battle.

3. From broken focus! We get so busy that we forget what is really
important. Note this…if I throw out a boat hook, catch hold of the shore
and pull, do I pull the shore to me or do I pull myself to the shore?
Prayer is not pulling God to my will, but aligning myself with His” Glory
Glory……Glory…did you get that illustration?

David wrote, “When thou saidst, “Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, Lord will I seek”

My friend………listen to your heart today and get back to the “shelter”.
In His presence we walk in love. In His presence we walk in forgiveness. In His presence we seek after His will and not ours! In and only In His presence can we come into unity and be a team for our Lord.

If your love walk is not in alignment with your love talk then you need to get in the place of shelter! Amen. Love is the foundation of our walk with God. Love is the greatest gift of all! For God is love. For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son for you and me! What an example of love.
